Wire Rope

For light energy supply systems with 1 to 3 cables. Used for applications where C-rail is not applicable. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Load capacity: up to 20 kg per trolley
Max system length: 100 m

C-Rail

An energy supply system from light rail (program 230) to heavy rail (program 240) design. C-rail applications include crane manufacturing, hoist units, transport systems, conservation technology, special engineering, etc.. C-rail is available in zinc-coated and stainless steel versions. Special components are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Load capacity: up to 32 Kg per trolley
Maximum system length: 150 m
Track Configuration: Straight or slightly curved.

Diamond Track

Energy supply systems on square rail (diamond track) are predominately used on circular and curved tracks or in very dusty environments. Unlike C-Rail trollies, diamond track hardware can be serviced or replaced without disassembling the festoon rail. Our square rails are galvanized or made of stainless steel. Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

I-Beam

I-Beam festoon systems carry flat and round cables for the transfer of electrical energy and data. Hoses are also carried for the directing of fluids, air or gases. I Beam systems are suitable for the longest operational life in the toughest environments.

Load capacity: up to 200 Kg
Maximum system length: 200 m
Track Configuration: Straight or slightly curved.
